How Well Are YOU Sleeping?

It takes about 5 minutes answering a few simple questions to get your Sleep Quality Score. While the questions ask about multiple features of sleep, ROZEREM is approved only for adults having trouble falling asleep and NOT for other aspects of insomnia.

The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) is provided for informational purposes only. The PSQI was developed and validated by experts at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and for more than 20 years has been used in research studies. It is a subjective measure that relies on your input.

You may also download your results in a personalized Sleep Discussion Guide. You can use this guide to talk to your health care professional.
